Sexual Wellness and PT-141
Confidential evaluation and individualized treatment for sexual health concerns.
Our Approach to Sexual Wellness
Sexual health concerns are common and often have identifiable, treatable underlying causes. At Endure Health DPC, we provide a confidential, individualized evaluation to identify contributing factors and discuss appropriate treatment options.
Treatment may include hormone evaluation and optimization, established prescription treatments, lifestyle recommendations, and PT-141/bremelanotide when clinically appropriate and the patient meets eligibility criteria.
PT-141 (Bremelanotide)
PT-141, also known as bremelanotide, is an FDA-approved prescription medication indicated for the treatment of hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD) in premenopausal women. It is not FDA-approved for use in men or for other sexual dysfunction conditions.
Off-label use in men and other conditions may be considered after an individualized clinical evaluation, informed consent, and review of the available evidence, potential risks, contraindications, and treatment alternatives.
Compounded PT-141 is not FDA-approved and is not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Enrollment does not guarantee that PT-141 will be prescribed. Individual results vary.
Medication Included
This membership includes clinical visits, ongoing monitoring, and the cost of the compounded medication prescribed as part of your treatment plan, unless otherwise stated.
All medications included through this program are prescribed for an identified patient and dispensed directly to the patient by an independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacy. Endure Health DPC does not maintain or dispense office stock through this membership.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.
